We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at Modreine.com can be sent back to us via the US Postal Service return label from us for no cost or you can ship it back on your own.
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition.
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered.
- Is accompanied by its original invoice and no tags have been removed.
- We will credit you the return, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as store credit.
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks of when your item arrives at our distribution center and will be made in the original form of payment. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed. By using our pre-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at Modreine.com through the Order Details page. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.
- If you saved the clear bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag, along with the original invoice or gift receipt.
- Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided via email, on top of the original shipping label (make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered).
- Drop off your package at your closest US Post Office.
If you prefer to ship the package on your own, you should mail your product to: Modreine, Attn: Returns, 8301 Skye Lochs Dr, Waxhaw, NC 28173
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item yourself, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
